The Management of Health & Safety at Work
Regulations requires every Employer to appoint a Competent
Person to advise Senior Management on health and safety at
work.
SafetyWise
will fulfil this requirement on behalf of your business. We
will ensure that you (and your line managers) are
appropriately advised on the measures you should be
introducing to meet statutory duties. This will include
on-site safety services and routine safety inspections with
written reports submitted to Senior Management.
These reports will ensure that you are able to
effectively monitor health and safety within the business.
Monitoring health & safety performance is a further legal
requirement placed on all employers under the Management
Regulations.
SafetyWise will provide
your business with a Competent Person service under the
Management Regulations. Our service to you will include
