Construction Site Safety Awareness Training
This is a one day course. The construction site is widely acknowledged as
being a hazardous work environment. The introduction of
legislation, i.e. the Construction (Design and Management)
Regulations has focussed the attention of Employers in
the construction industry to improve on what had hitherto been
a problem industry.
There is still some way to go and that includes
raising health and safety awareness amongst Site Operatives as
to the hazards they face on a daily basis.
This course has been developed to provide
Employers in the construction sector with suitable training
for their workforce. National initiatives include the
continuing development of the Construction Skills Competence
Scheme (CSCS).
There is a national standard Health & Safety
test that Construction Operatives must pass to re-new their CSCS Card or the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS)
Card.
Our Construction Safety Awareness Course prepares the
workforce for this test. It means the course content is in
line with ConstructionSkills content.
